Gaga Tours – Booking Terms & Payment Conditions

1. Safari Tour Cancellation Charges

Our commitment is to provide an exceptional experience. Once accommodations or services are booked, cancellation charges apply to cover incurred fees:

• Up to 60 days before safari: No charges
• Up to 35 days before safari: 20% charges
• Up to 15 days before safari: 40% charges
• Less than 15 days before safari: 60% charges
• 3 days or less before safari: 100% charges

➡️ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 6 months of the refund date, subject to a 5% administrative fee.

2. Payment Terms

To make planning easier, Gaga Tours offers a flexible payment structure:

• One-day safaris: 0% deposit
• 2–3 day safaris: 20% deposit
• 4–6 day safaris: 30% deposit
• 7–12 day safaris: 40% deposit
• Combined Kenya/Tanzania tours: 50% deposit

Balance Payment:

• Due 6–1 days before your safari
• Preferred method: Online credit card payments (secure system)
• Note: We discourage cash transactions

3. Complaints & Safari Issues

We aim for a smooth and enjoyable safari. Should any issue arise:

• During the safari: Inform your tour manager immediately so it can be resolved on-site.
• After the safari: Submit a written complaint within 30 days of completion.
• Resolution timeframe: Genuine compensations or settlements will be made within 30 days of receiving the official complaint.

4. Responsibility

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priority. However:

• Gaga Tours is not liable for incidents caused by factors beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to alter itineraries or substitute hotels with those of comparable quality when necessary.

5. Law & Jurisdiction

• All bookings are governed by Kenyan law.
• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kenyan courts.
